Diary,

I am locked away . . . with no one to confide in but you . . . and him. His fur, those claws—they caught me off guard at first, but now I'm noticing something else about him—something deeper. It's the look in his eye. It tells me he's got a secret to keep. That's okay—I've got one, too. I think I'm falling in love with him. . . .

Still it was nice seeing things through Lindy's eyes.

Its amazing how flinn can write 3 books, all with different points of view of the same story (of course, kendras story was tweaked a bit). Its interesting. I love it

The headline basically sums it up. This book, which I got and finished today, is not much more than a re-make of the original. I'll admit Flinn added some amazing, witty, heartwarming events in this one that weren't in the original. I really liked how she made Kendra like a sort of ghost cupid to Lindy. It was eerily cool! I have a question, though: how come Adrian didnt mention the little incident with the Rob Kingsbury fans where Lindy craftily got him away from them in the original? Was it that she made it up, or that mean Kyle just didn't remember?

I loved beastly and any other fairy tale twists by this author. Beastly has so many memores for me because i loved the book so much and because it was the real first date I have ever been on. I was annoyed that they changed so much from the book in the movie, but I still found it good enough for a adaption. And i loved lindys character so that makes me even happier that we can get the story again but from her point of view!!
