    more from this reviewer

I predict that one day Ms. DM McDaniel will be quitting her day

I predict that one day Ms. DM McDaniel will be quitting her day job! I loved this book and I can't wait to read the next in what I hope will be a multi book series. I really loved the author's unique spin on the paranormal romance genre. Her characters are strong and engaging from the very beginning. DM, you can't write more books fast enough for me!

    Fun sexy fantasy

With a mix of the mundane, theology, fantasy and romance,DM McDaniel was able to intertwine a fable that was both fascinating and satisfying in its conclusion .Solomon is a delight. Broken perhaps ,but never her spirit. This was a delightful read from freshman author DM McDaniel . I look forward to more from this originator.

    Great read

I really liked this book. It was an easy read with a good story. It got kinda strange when the vampire was added. Kinda messed with the story and didn't really see the point in him

Has a loved one ever told you, that you were broke? It hurts doe

Has a loved one ever told you, that you were broke? It hurts doesn’t it?  In DM McDaniel’s book Broken, first In the Guardian Dream series, this is what happened to main character Sullivan.  Follow Solly on a soul searching adventure, one that will surprise both the reader and the characters.    Solly goes on a whirl wind ride to find the truth about whom and what she is to become.  Sully will find her love and come to the realization that she is truly not broke.  A story full of twists and turns shifting at every turn of the page.  The author’s use of witty comebacks made me fall out of my chair laughing.  What do you get when you have a hunky man, a sexy vampire and a pretty lady you get a book worth reading.  I cried and laughed with the characters because they are easy to fall in love with, the story is well written and when you are done you will want to pick up the next one.

    Wonderful book

As someone who was told I could never have kids, I could immediately empathize with Solomon. My heart broke for her because of the abuse she suffered at the hands of her ex-husband. This book turns out to be a wonderful love story and I cannot wait for more books from this author
