Study this holy writ and figure out whether Purple Haze, Magic Kush, and the "P" is da kine or da shwag; learn which strains will give you the munchies or the wobbles; discover how appropriately named are Doc Kevorkian, Black Widow, and Cat Piss; and find out which strains are good for productivity, creativity, or just sitting on the couch, staring into space. With over 400 mind-blowing, full-color photographs of the world's most beautiful nugs, this book will have you on the floor, bowing to the mighty bud-dha.

• A chapter contributed by one of the world's most studious pot smokers, Rob Clarke, provides an in-depth explanation of the history of marijuana breeding.

    words cannot describe it!

This book gives you a better look, and understanding of many of the best strains of bud floating around the world today! The pictures are of amazing quality, I recommend it to anyone who shares the same interest and love for cannabis. The article in the book entitled 'marijuana smoking and dreams' is very interesting! THANKS JASON! Can't wait to read the 2nd book...PEACE

Irie, Have an Irie Day! :>

I think this book was the bomb! If you really were a pothead everyone will really enjoy this amazing book.I domt know about these other peoples opinions but sounds to me like they dont know what good buds look like! And a true bud smoker WILL treat it like your bible and not leave it sittin' around their coffee table collecting dust. I know I enjoyed it. GREAT BOOK!!!!!!!!!

Not as good as I thought

I was really looking forward to this book and at first it was great...but I got tired of just looking at photos of dried bud pretty quick. Plus, most of the exotic marijuana featured will never be seen by guys like me. It was fun at first but now it's just collecting dust on my coffe table. That's all it really is anyway, a coffee table book. All the descriptions are one mans opinion of some great pot he smoked. Nice book for your marijuana library at best and one man's ego trip at worst.

    One man's pot history

More like a museum of the author's encounters with different pot, than a guide to popular marijuana varieties. Thanks for the memories.
