This book is really simple and gives straight forward recipes for good cupcakes. I am 13 years old and I absolutely love baking cupcakes so I bought this book as my first recipe book and I have tried a few of the recipes for the cupcakes. I don't really know what I'm doing yet, which is probably the reason why my cupcakes come out very, very dense, and it is my top priority to figure out how to make a moist cake. Overall, I highly reccomend this book as a start to baking, or for someone that's looking for fresh ideas.

I gave this book to my future daughter-in-law for Christmas. She loves to cook and bake and especially loves "fancy" cupcakes. She absolutely loves this book. The recipes are clear and easy to understand, the ingredients are easy to find and the results are as beautiful as the pictures. Great gift for the baker in your family.
