    A reviewer

This is certainly not the only book on the topic, but it's probably the only book you'll need. It's like a comprehensive plan for accomplishing more each day, while maintaining a greater sense of balance. I saw in the author's bio that he's written other books and is a Certified Management Consultant, so he's got the credentials. Beyond that, the tone of the book is really reader-friendly, so you feel as if the author is speaking to you across the lunch table rather than from a lecturer's podium.
