This plan is easy to follow, relatively painless and very effective. Most of the food is satisfying,though the egg whites are a bit much.

Before starting this I am a woman who has always been a regular exerciser with a muscular build. I kept track of everything every day. I was averaging 1300 calories with the exception of carb down days which were more. I ONLY lost weight on the morning after a low carb day - which is normal, however, the 72/48 "theory" didn't seem to hold true for me.

I got a lot out of it and really learned quite a bit. The book is well organized and really tells the reader what to do in order to lose weight and exercise more effectively.
