This is a must read for all interpersonal interactions

If I had read this book 10 years ago, I would have a lot less gray hair today. Real life situations and true-life skills taught in a fashion that I would use for the rest of my life. If everyone read and used the skills in the book, the divorce rate would drop and work place harassment would go away. Teaches you to step back and introduce a safe environment for open discussion.
