Overview

I'm not scripting my life anymore.
I'm living it.
I'm done with the God of all Hotties.
I'm going to give my heart to the boy who I think deserves it.
The boy whose kisses are hotter than molten lava.
The boy who offered me the key to his heart.
The boy who asked me to Homecoming in a big, sexy way.

There are so many things to look forward to.
Parties at the Cave. Homecoming festivities. Drama Tryouts. Shopping trips to NY.
But things aren't always as perfect as they seem.
I find out that my best friend has been keeping a secret from me.
Not that I can blame him.
I have secrets too.
But, for now, I'm going to pretend I'm just a normal girl.
I'm going to pretend he's not still out there.
I'm going to pretend he's not getting desperate.
I'm going to pretend I'll never see him again.
But, I will.
And this time, I might not get away.

Tough Critic Book Reviews - Mollie Harper
It's like Jillian Dodd laced this series with heroine, I'm addicted. Everything about what's going on...the guys....the indecision. It drives me bat shit crazy, but I can't get ENOUGH!!!
This book picks up exactly where Kiss Me left off. And just like its predecessors, it drove me insane, completely insane. Even the parts you don’t like, you tolerate, and the parts you hate, you love. It’s a crazy addiction that I can’t explain.

I'm a mother. I'm married. I'm THIRTY-FIVE years old!!! So, why am I acting like my heart has been crushed like a high school girls'??? I'll tell you why: Jillian Dodd did this. She's officially made me into an indecisive, silly girl about all these luscious boys. In order not to spoil this book, I thought it would be best to give you, the reader, a break down of the boys from this particular book. You see, we know all the players at this point, but some of the game has changed. Some of these boys could be potential suitors, some are just friends. If you are a fan of this series, you know what I'm talking about. Yes, yes...some have your "team" and you're ready to settle with that but me, I'm not so sure yet. Let me show you why.

First up is Riley. Riley is funny, sweet, and truly a great friend to Keatyn. When Keatie first met Riley, he was definitely a player. Now, he's crushing on one particular girl. Despite his own love life, he is always there for Keatyn. They really do have a great friendship. She is open and honest with him as much as she can be. I really love Riley. However, I don't think he's Moon Boy.

Next is Dallas. I have to say that I would be happy if Keatyn and Dallas ended up together. I think Dallas would have a really good understanding of what Keatyn is going through. Being the son of a politician has certainly put him in some interesting situations, so I think he could be a good support to Keatie. Dallas makes me laugh, but there is a vulnerability to him that makes him endearing.

Aiden has been touch and go for me. Sure, he's sexy, hot, and in this book....I'll admit, he won me over a little bit. Just a smidge. Even though Aiden hasn't been forthcoming in his feelings for Keatie, I've never doubted his true intentions with her. When I first met him though, I thought he was just kind of cocky and kind of jerky. In Date Me, I felt like he was really ready to put it all out there. Would I be disappointed if he was Moon Boy? Not anymore. I'm warming to the idea.

Dawson. Oh Dawson. Is there anything left to say? What can I say? Hmmm....Ok, how about this: Dawson hurt me in this book. I fell in love with this boy in Kiss Me. I mean, I was ready to start planning a wedding here. Dawson is hot. He's likable. I always thought he and Keatie (me) were a great match. Now, I'm just not sure. He's made some bad choices and I just don't see how it could be possible for him to be Moon Boy. *cries*

Finally, Damien. I'm still holding out for Damien. I absolutely love him. In my mind, he's still her constant. They've known each other since they were little and I think he really loves Keatyn. That said, I do think it's good that they are both experiencing what life has to offer right now. Even if Keatyn's life has been forced on her. In the end, I hope that Damien could be the man of Keatie's dreams. Time will tell.

Overall, I really liked Date Me. I will go as far to say that this book has been my favorite in the series so far. There is some drama with Vincent. Even though Keatyn's love life usually takes center stage, the danger she's in does still have a major role in the overall plot. Must not forget that. I'm really anxious for  Love Me. I loved the ending of this one and can't wait to see how the story is going to play out in the next book. Are you a fan of NA Contemporaries? Do you like reading about hot guys? Then, yes...this is a great series for you.

Best of the series so far.

Did I enjoy this book: I did enjoy this book. I read it every free chance I had and I have to say that I enjoyed it better than Stalk Me and Kiss Me. Date Me is, in my opinion, the best of the three books so far. I’m hooked on The Keatyn Chronicles. At first, I didn’t like it that much. It was alright but nothing to write home about. Now, I’m hooked.

I enjoyed Date Me more because it seemed like Keatyn was evolving a bit more. I understand that all of these books happen within days of each other but there is a change occurring in her. I like her much better in this environment as opposed to her LA/Hollywood environment. Does she still make dumb mistakes? Yes. Is this one a bit more realistic than the previous two? Maybe. Do I care at this point? No. This story, as I said, has me hooked. Ms. Dodd has made me care about Keatyn and her friends.

I love Keatyn’s new friends. I even like her acquaintances better in this story as opposed to those in Stalk Me. My favorites are Riley and Dallas. They are the best! They are funny, loyal, endearing. They are wonderful additions to Keatyn’s story and true friends for her. There are other friends – Katie, Anne, Whitney, Peyton – who have changed for me throughout this book. (I would say more, but I don’t want to spoil  anything. You will understand when you read Date Me.) Aiden v. Dawson. I don’t know that I have a pick through most of this book. They each have great qualities and give something different to the story. I have a pick at the end…but I’m not going to tell you. Again, I don’t want to spoil it.

And speaking of ends, Why, Ms. Dodd? Why? That’s all I have to say. Please, Ms. Dodd, please tell me I don’t have to wait too long before Love Me is released. I must know what happens next. I must.

Would I recommend it: I would recommend it, especially if you have read Stalk Me and Kiss Me.

Will I read it again: I will not but I can’t wait for Love Me, book 4 in The Keatyn Chronicles series.

This book was great.  I love how the story is continuing. The Author knows how to keep me interested and wanting more. I can not wait for the next books to come out. The story will pull you in and make you feel what the characters feel.  I love how hot she makes the boys in the book and how some of them are so romantic.  Every girl wants a sweet hot boy falling in love with her.  I wish my high school experience was like this except for the whole stalker thing.  I love how the books are easy to read and follow and just amazing. I just want to keep reading them over and over so that I can relive what happens with the characters. OMG!!!!  I need more Dawson and Aiden. I love Riley and Dallas.  They are the best friends any girl could ask for ever. Jillian Dodd great book keep up the great work.

I give this book TEN out of FIVE stars!!
Jillian Dodd is a genius. She has a way of pulling you into a story so deeply you don’t look up until the book is finished. Best of all you truly get to ‘know’ the characters. Date Me has it all - love, heartbreak, romance, gummy savers, fashion, rock stars, surfers and friendship. I have to admit it took me a while to read the original book in the series because I thought it might be a little young for my taste. I can attest that I was WRONG!! If you are on the fence, fall off into the world of Keatyn. You will not be disappointed.

Be sure you read Stalk Me and Kiss Me BEFORE you read Date Me. Trust me, go ahead and buy them in one swoop so you can easily continue right where you left off when one book ends.

This series is so addicting you will spend tons of time in the KC groups piecing together crumbs that Jillian has left in her books along with the tidbits Jillian pops by to provide. I am anxiously awaiting the next installment.

My heart just danced a million dances. Yes it did! I am so IN LOVE with this series. I just cannot believe how these books just continue to get better and better. Who knew High School could be so hot and sexy?!?! Seriously, like these kids live the life. Not just that though, they are sickeningly GORGEOUS!

Well well well....this story. This one...AHHH, it did a crazy number on my soul. Like I kept yelling at my Kindle like a maniac. My maniacness has a ton to do with Dawson. I crushed on Dawson in Kiss Me, but I just couldn't love him. But I SO did fall in LOVE with him this time around. All the while my heart yelling at me and calling me a traitor because it knows I am TEAM AIDEN! (Don't worry I still am!) I root for the underdogs, because they need the love too. And Aiden is seriously sexay! Ok back to Dawson....Sawoon! I feel like we got a whole new Dawson in this book. Almost like he grew up over night. He went from a stupid hormonal, sex craved teenager to a man. A man who is still sex craved, but it is deliciously hot. He worships Keats, and it is deliriously adorable. He shows us a side that men usually do, when they are head over heels in love. Gosh darn it, I am a melty pool of goo because of him.

Riley, Riley, Riley!! Ahhhhhh.....could he get any sweeter? He is the best, Best Guy friend EVER! He totally makes my heart leap a ton, along with Dallas. These two are still tag teaming Keats with their awesomeness. Nothing about these two speaks douchery. Nope, they are guys without an agenda. Well they do have an agenda. Their agenda is to be the best moral support system for their Kiki! <3 I think that these two need to have their own books. They deserve it. Ohhh and I just want to tackle these two with hugs and smoochies!! Can I get an Amen?!?

The God of All Hotties is my FAVORITE! (Next to Dallas and Riley, of course!) I am basically speechless every time he talks. I may drool a bit too, due to his swooniness. His sexiness and utter cocky-ishness was turned way up this time around. He showed us a new side too!! Holy hell, he completes me. I just want to snuggle him all over. And I want him to put his hand on my knee and give me that look he gives Keatyn. Love it! He is so darn intense, his soul speaks out to you with certain reactions or looks. Just you wait. You will totally get it. He reaches you with the depths of his green eyes, they lock on you, and slowly pull you in. TEAM AIDEN, FOR ALWAYS AND FOREVER!!!

Keats my sweets, I LOVE YOU! I was sucked into your world of sexy, steamy, flirty, fun, and care-free ways, again. You've rocked me, HARD! God love ya! What I LOVE a ton about Keats is how she continues to spread her wings and learns to find her way through life, unguided. She is growing into such an amazing woman. That girl knows how to hook, line, and sink those sexy guys in this book too. Her sense of fashion is to DIE FOR! Ohh and her relationship with her parents is just beautiful. It breaks my heart into tiny bits and pieces that they can't be a complete Family. Damn you Vincent you bloody nasty man!

I was owned. Owned! Date Me throttled me to the ground, held my hand, and then watched me wallow a bit, while drooling all over Dawson and Aiden. Really, it happened. I NEED MORE ASAP. This series has my heart in the palm of its binding. We are saying to eachother, "To have and to hold, in Kindle or Paperback form, til' Keatyn finds her one true love or til' Keatyn finds her way in life!" Date Me is a crash course in love but also a crash course in finding yourself in the midst of chaos. Keatyn keeps you on your toes at all times. I cannot wait for Love Me! Everything about this book is magnificent! I give Date Me 5 GLITTERY SPARKLING STARS!!!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a writer Jillian Dodd

I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a writer Jillian Dodd is! I devoured this book and now the wait for Love Me! I love how Jillian writes and makes you feel like you are there in the story with Keatyn and the gang just hanging out. This story really focuses on Keatyn and Dawson's relationship but we also learn a lot about Aiden and his family. I have always been team Aiden and know I know more about him I love him so much more! We are also introduced to the older and younger Johnson Brother Camden (who is away at college and makes a visit) and Braxton (who will be at Eastbrooke next year). I think the young Braxton is hilarious and will cause major problems at school next year! And then there is the stalker Vincent... he shows up and has me on the edge of seat the entire time!

Jillian is so talented and she brings us humor, suspense, tears, and the moments you just want to say aaaaawwwwhhhhh...... You will not be disappointed in this book!

I've always kind of had this feeling about Damien, but I'll get back to that in a minute. I really love the suspense and chase in this book. I literally was holding my breath and praying she didn't get caught. Very exciting. I was quite sad about the whole break up. What really bugs me is how she handles everything. She's kind of a slut. There's always this preconceived notion that guys think with their penises, but I feel some girls think with their vaginas and boy is Keatyn one of them. What Brooklyn did was pretty crappy, but they weren't dating and the guy is an up-and-coming star, it happens. He never committed to her. Yeah, he should've cut her loose completely and he kind of strung her along, but she kind of knew the score. The very little that we hear of Damien the more I love him. He's like this sleeper character that is really a genius. I also love Riley and Dallas. They're incredible friends.

The tension has been building in every way, MAN, did I mention Aiden is hot!? I've gotta go, can't talk now, or text, must read next book, LOVE ME. I highly recommend this series!!!

I really enjoyed this book. There was a lot of fun moments. Moments that made me laugh and feel scared. Also the fashion in this book
does not disappoint at all. Love Me was a great follow up to Kiss Me. This book should be read after Kiss Me since these are part of a
series. It's hard to talk about the storyline without revealing any spoilers. All I can say is friendships are made and broken and relationships
are tested. I just really love how Keatyn is changing in each book. She learns something she didn't learn before. I  highly recommend this book.
