A fast-paced, unassuming collection of bluegrass banjo instrumentals, Dueling Banjos features the title cut done by Curtis McPeake, a blazing "Cripple Creek" by Buck Trent, and the great Ralph Stanley doing a live "Shout Little Lulie" in a fast, clawhammer-inflected frailing style. The pace is brisk throughout the set, and there isn't a whole lot of variation, but fans of bluegrass banjo styles will no doubt find it well worth a listen.
