The Kingdom [WS]

In the aftermath of a deadly attack on American forces in Riyadh, a team of U.S. counter-terrorism investigators finds their attempt to capture the perpetrators stalled by bureaucracy and cultural hostility. Upon enlisting the aid of a Saudi Arabian police officer, the team becomes the target of the perpetrators they are attempting to apprehend.
