    Low carbs acheived with small servings...

    There are a lot of recipes that look good here, but there are a bit too many carbs in these dishes for someone beginning a low-carb diet. For instance, the Bar-B-Q Brisket has 6.4 grams of carbs per serving, but that's for only 1/2 lb (precooked) of beef. For me, that tends not be enough food. :( It might be better suited for someone approaching the maintenance phase of their diet.
