I was able to easily follow this plan and have lost 9 pounds in the first 10 days! Instead of telling me what I can't eat, it tells what to eat and then I realized I had cut out sugar, sugar substitutes, and sodium!

I lost about 5lbs during the first week of this diet. At first it may seem like the portions are incredibly small, but just stick with it. Your body is actually being retrained to eat smaller meals more frequently. Mentioning that, you will indeed find that you are never hungry because you do eat so often, so you will quickly get used to eating the smaller meals and they will become satisfying!
I like this book alot!
