great book - easy read but packed with great information. I've gone back and read it several times. Very helpful if you're trying go lose weight. Not a diet but a way of life!

The book has superseded my expectations. It is easy to read, has a great sense of humor threaded through out the book. Being over weight, one becomes sensitive, Bryan gives us the freedom not to take ourselves too serious, but to take our choices seriously. I highly recommend this book for those wanting to lose weight and family members who's loved ones need to lose those extra pounds, it is insightful for me to know some of their feelings and struggles.
