    The Eye Opener

    If you're not mature and ready for the truth, then this book is not for you. On the other hand I find this book to be rather helpful. It helped me to understand more about my feelings/emotions and reactions sometimes to extreme and simple things. I also understood why we may act or think or react the way we do to others; whom may have no understanding of how their actions affected the other person wither positively or negatively, and sometimes it's not even a person that affects you. I recommend this book to everybody. I think there are answers to many things, and it's a step to a new start.

    A MUST READ FOR ALL

    This book really put things into perspective, if you need help understanding why things happened in your childhood that shouldn't have, you really need this book to heal

    How to deal with narcissistic deprivation

    Growing up I was robbed of having a mother and didn't ever have my needs met from a mother. For that, I have most of my life looked and longed for a maternal figure in my life to meet those needs that I had as a child and still have. Because of this I have always felt that there is something wrong with me. I am still searching to be mothered by a maternal figure and John Bradshaw's book was a lot of help. I am still looking for ways to help me meet these needs from a mother that a child would have. Even if they are needs that I small child or even a baby would have.

    End the bondage...

    John Bradshaw does outstanding work with the Inner Child. This book is truly enlightening, truth revealing, and challenges us at our most intimate level. It has helped me function healthily as a human being. Do yourself a favor and read this book.
