Editorial Reviews

Amazon - B Kelly
I have been limping toward meditation for almost 25 years. I have read books, taken courses, and listened to hours of CDs and Tapes. This the first book that explains the process in terms that I could comprehend and relate to.

This is a theoretical book. The author didn't pay attention to practical side of meditation. I think it makes his book worse. It's just my opinion, because I'm bored of theory, I like to get knowledges about meditation via practice like in book of Anatloliy Obraztsov "a crossing or the drop's history"

Simple, accessible instructions in meditation - great buy!

This is a neat little ebook which contains an introduction to the technique of Passage Meditation pioneered by Eknath Easwaran. This is an ideal text for anyone who is beginning a meditation practice. Easwaran has a gentle, knowing style that speaks to all of us. This ebook is a great way to sample Easwaran's style, and a good e-companion to his seminal book Passage Meditation.
