Hunter’s Secret, like its precursor Hunter’s Choice, is both an entertaining thriller and an enjoyable education on subjects close to author J.C. Hager’s heart:
• Deep-water scuba diving
• Boating on the North’s “inland ocean”—Lake Superior
• Guns of all types
• Hunting in the wilds of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula
• Latest advances in high-tech gizmos of the rich and powerful

Hunter's Secret: Wreck of the Carol K is an action-adventure novel following Matt Hunter and Tanya as they discover a shipwreck in Lake Superior. Discovering the ship's log draws them further into a dark and deadly realm of kidnappers, bribery, and corruption. From scuba diving amidst underwater mysteries to a cat-and-mouse game in the northern Michigan wilds, Hunter's Secret is an exciting thriller that engages and entertains up to the very last page. Highly recommended.

Hunter's Secret is an adventure from start to finish - very interesting - well detailed - with plenty of twists and turns to
