    This is actually a good book. The food in here are all healthy food recipes that Gwyneth sought approval from both a doctor and a chef. The book also explains why she eats this way and the benefits it provided for her. The recipes may seem weird for those who cannot live without bread, milk, and red meat. Also keep in mind that this is not her first cookbook, and that it was not slapped together as some sort of get rich quick scheme. The negative comments below were just made by someone who hate on any book that is endorsed by a celebrity. The only reason I gave this book a 4 instead of a 5 is because I personally would have enjoyed more pictures of the food.

    For someone else who had the doctor recommendation of eliminating specific foods, this was a savior! I have no time to figure out these kinds of recipes on my own, nor do I have the means to consult a professional cook. This was exactly what I needed to keep to my doctors suggestion!

    This book is really good. Great recipes! I am on Pinterest a lot, read lots of health books and blogs and I haven't come across most of these recipes. I am glad I bought this, even with being iffy about reviews I've read! I agree with other on more pics of the food s with recipes but otherwise excellent.

    SO sick and tired of celebrities becoming "experts" and writing books when they can't get acting gigs and need to pay the help. If you are lame enough to be impressed with the credentials of an actress as authority, then you will love this book. I picked it up and put it down. Recycled garbage. What's next? The Kardashian Kancer Kure????

    Honestly this is a really great book regardless of your thoughts

    Honestly this is a really great book regardless of your thoughts on Gweneth Paltrow. I have recently changed my diet to eliminate dairy (I already don't eat meat) and I found the recipes to be very flavorful and easy. Flavorful being a key word for me as so many recipes don't seem to have the right balance and I would rather not eat than to eat something that I do not enjoy. That being said I highly recommend it to anyone. Also, just a note that this is not a vegan cookbook - there are several fish recipes and I think even chicken (although I need to look through it again to confirm) so it's a great book for anyone trying to be healthier. And the recipes are simple - this coming from a mom who works full time and has two children under the age of 3. It's definitely worth the money!

    It's surprisingly a really good reference for beautiful 'clean' eating. Not for everyone, but it should be on some level. It is a well done cook book with fantastic recipes.

    As a clean diet fan myself, I like to have new food choices.  The clean diet is so very helpful and healthy, however, it tends to get boring.  Although I am not a fan of  cooking books (and cooking) I really need to have one that will help me organize  different menus. with food I already  eat.  So I will definitely buy the book, no matter who wrote it.
