    saved me from insanity

this is such a wondrerful book for any one who has a chronic complainer , angry, self centered person and a abusive person in their life. it is easy reading and very understanable. it changed my life for the better because i knew that my husband had a sort of jekly and hyde disposition and this book had his name written all over it. i now know how to save my marriage from distruction, and because of this book(even though he didnt read it) made him a better person.. hats off to the author.
