I really enjoyed this book and found the insights and especially the anecdotes helpful. However i did feel that a lot of marketing advice was more applicable to already very successful designers, such as getting editors to publish you. Princeton should write another book more focused on new to the industry pros. A lot of great advice pertaining to operational issues... worth a read!
