    The Perfect DBA Certification Resource

I highly recommend this book for any aspiring SQL Server Database Administrator.

I have spent the last three months actively reading through the book and performing the exercises and I am proud to say that was time well spent. Last Thursday and Friday I took all three exams and passed with flying colors.

Instead of dividing the book exam by exam, Darril Gibson has done an outstanding job in assembling a resource that actually covers the material spanning all three exams at once. I found this method exceptionally helpful because you actually gain an understanding of the material by learning how all the pieces fit together instead of only memorizing material exam-by-exam.

    Superb exercises

The exercises in this book are superb. So many times I¿ve picked up a technical book and tried the different exercises but the steps just don¿t work, or the exercises don¿t give the details needed to complete the exercise. In this book, I¿ve found the exercises are in-depth and accurate, and appropriate for the MCITP exams. I just finished the exercises on Triggers and several concepts have become clearer for me.
