The first Mercy book left us hanging, begging for more, and the sequel delivers. I love these characters so much, I want them to appear in my living room so I can watch them whilst I eat popcorn! I will be waiting for the next book on the edge of my sword.

Mercy's back, and better than before!
If you liked Angel of Mercy, than you'll love Mercy for the Wicked. It picks up right where the last left off, and never stops, as Mercy deals with a whole new level of crazy supernatural problems, as well as a whole new set of crazy romance problems.
After reading the first two books of The Fallen series, I can't wait to find out where we're headed in the third. Lisa Olsen is truly a gifted writer.

Loved it... The author gives us more angels, more demons, more danger and more romance than in Angel of Mercy. In this book we get to visit a demon world (ruled by a cruel demon lord that wants to keep Mercy as his plaything), and plenty of new and interesting characters are introduced. The second book in the series certainly didn't disappoint, now I can't wait to see what happens in the next one... hopefully the wait won't be too long.

Are you ready for some adventure, intrigue, mind blowers, . . . some deep questions regarding family ties, and spirituality/religion viewpoints. I REALLY REALLY didn't want it to stop. It left me hanging for the next chapter. Great book!! Another success. It's fun to see the author's style developing. She's getting deeper and deeper.
I LOVED hearing about the demon's world, and the angel's world, and the space between the two, in the land of the fallen. When we are able to find our courage, we move out into the world of the unknown, the world of possibilities. Ms Olsen puts you in the land of the demons, as if you are a fly on the wall. You can just imagine seeing Gabriel holding court amongst the Angel breathren.
In this latest book, ANYTHING is possible. You won't want to put it down, and you will want to keep exploring where Mercy is headed. It makes the mind conceive of many turning points; some good, and some beyond the realm of earthly possibility. Stay tuned, for this series is headed for adventurous destinies.
Another winner! I did NOT want it to stop, so I can't wait for the sequel!! Bravo.

"Mercy for the Wicked" is a continuation of the story in "Angel of Mercy," where Merceline was accidentally gifted with Grace from a fallen angel who was only trying to save her life. She is left "something new," not quite human but not an angel either. Caught between two worlds, Mercy struggles with her forbidden attraction for bad boy fallen angel, Adam, and a safe, normal relationship with her human cop boyfriend, Ben. With angels and demons after her at every turn, both relationships seemed destined for failure.
Olsen has a way of creating lively, fully developed, realistic characters who draw the reader in, make you laugh, and make you care what happens to them. Their motivations and decisions are easy to follow. Their dialogue and quirky personalities are fun to read. I will excitedly await the next installment in "The Fallen" series to see how things are resolved.

Even better than the last one! The author introduces a ton of new, amusing characters from Nelo the demon-servant to Azazael, an evil fallen angel who is after Mercy. We finally get some more going on between Mercy and Adam, and Mercy actually learns to defend herself. The book was full of hilarious sarcasm and you'll be laughing the whole time. Can't wait for the next book, I'm dying to see what happens next!
