Richard Luckett, MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, is the president of SYSTMS of NY, Inc., a leading Microsoft Gold Partner. He is a recipient of the Microsoft Exchange MVP award from Microsoft.

William Lefkovics, MCSE, A+, BSc, works as the technical director for Mojave Media Group. He has been a Microsoft Exchange MVP since 2001.
