    I have changed my mind

    After reading The Mortal Bone, I have definitely changed my opinion of this series. The message is sometimes obscure but it is eye-opening. I enjoyed the 4th book and have decided to read the lst and 2nd book again. I skipped the 3rd book, so will also read it. The series is not for those looking for lots of sex, just an old fashioned love story of two very closely connected people who are not exactly human. Perhaps this is actually what "love" is. It is also way beyond vampires and werewolves, etc. Not for the faint of heart and it really needs to be read in order. Bunny

    Best yet

    The series just keeps getting better. I almost didnt get the second book because the writing style of the first was jarring but each book has been better then the last. This entry in the series was simply wonderful. Cant get enough of this series.

    Love this Series

    I love this series. It just keeps getting more outrageous and more fun. Maxine and Grant are definitely two of the scariest people on the planet. I liked seeing how everyone coped with Maxine being "defenseless" and the boys' being vulnerable. Can't wait for the next book.
