Jill Shalvis ends the Lucky Harbor series perfectly. If you like Lucille, you must read this one. I have loved every novel in this series, but she truly saved the best for last.

After reading 5 other Jill Shalvis novels I'm starting to feel they are very redundant.  Hot girl who eats junk food all day, new in town & isn't looking for romance meets hot stud in town also not looking for romance.  Getting too predictable and therefore boring to me.

Callie Sharpe is back in Lucky Harbor to check up on her Grandma Lucille, everyone's favorite busy body. I just adore Lucille. She is so funny and sassy that I hope I'm just like that when I get that age. As Callie is back, she runs into Tanner Riggs, the boy she crushed on throughout high school and she sees that he has grown up just fine. I loved the way these two rekindled their friendship. The whole coffee and donuts was a hoot. I just laughed throughout this story. I could sympathize with Tanner and his whole ex thing and with now trying to raise a teenage son. Loved the banter between these two. The purple bedroom...OMG...too funny! I loved how Lucille was so determined to match her granddaughter up with Tanner. Callie and Tanner had a wonderful happy ending and a great end of a series book. I loved how so many blasts from the past were mentioned. I'm sad to see this series end...it has been one of my all time favorites.

I enjoyed this one! Tanner and Callie's story was great. It was funny, heartbreaking, sweet all rolled into one. A good read from start to finish.

NUMBER OF HEARTS: 4 3/4 REVIEW:  Seriously, I can not get enough of Jill Shalvis’ Lucky Harbor books. Every single book that I have read I have totally and utterly fallen in love with. I am so very upset and hope that this is not true that this is the last Lucky Harbor novel. I know there is a novella to come in December. But I honestly don’t know what I am going to do about not having a new Lucky Harbor book in my future. Well I guess I could do a re-read. And I guess I can hope that Ms. Shalvis will come to her senses and realize that Lucky Harbor needs more love stories.  That being said back to One in a Million. There was just something about Tanner that grabbed me when he stepped on the pages in He’s So Fine. Now don’t get me wrong Cole & Sam are hot and I loved them too. But Tanner stole my heart. There is just something about this tough, wounded, ex Navy Seal that screams “I need a hug”. But never fear Callie seems to have that part covered (darn her ;) ) Anywhoo..... Loved loved loved loved this book. Loved Callie (even if I wanted to slap her up side the head a time or two. Thank goodness for Lucille).  Loved this whole series. And honestly tearing up just a bit that it could be over. But never say never right *sniff, sniff* If you are a Lucky Harbor fan you will totally love One in a Million. If you are new you really should start at the beginning with Simply Irresistible. Disclaimer:  I received a complimentary copy of the book from NetGalley & Forever (Grand Central Publishing in exchange for an honest review. This review is my own opinion and not a paid review.

Nice book to read. Did not want to put down. Nice to read a romance without all the bedroom scenes.

Great final Lucky Harbor book. I loved the connection to Lucille. Callie was the perfect heroine and perfect for Tanner.

Jill saved the best for last. Tanner and Callie's story is absolutely a delight. I could not put this book down because of the emotional roller-coaster. Jill's style of writing has you laughing one minute, crying the next, laughing again all while falling in love with her characters.

If this series has to end then what a way to go! I AB-SO-LUTELY LOVED this series. It has it all, especially the Laugh Out Loud moments, the guys, their gals, the small town, the list goes on and on. But, I so love that the hilarious Lucille, finds her happily ever after too. From first to last you fall in love with each character, with each book you think this is the best but they just kept getting better. Jill makes you believe you are right there in that small town with those people and having the time of your life.... Well Done Jill Shalvis, I will always be a fan. Thank You So Much for the ability to bring me into the world of your words!

I've been on a romance kick lately and can't get enough of it! It's always been my first love in book genres and my favorite fall-back when I'm not sure what else to read. I don't think I've read anything by Shalvis before but this certainly won't be the last! I really loved this story. Callie and Tanner are so much fun together. I love high school crushes that bloom later in life. It's great to see how they interact and how flustered Callie gets around him. This book had a little bit of everything you want in a romance story. I really can't wait to get more books by Shalvis! She's definitely great at what she does. I highly recommend this book (and I'm guessing her others) if you like romance stories. Plus, Callie's grandmother is really funny (: pagesofcomfort.blogspot.com

Wonderful Love Story..... Beautifully written and so very real... Callie was an only child largely ignored by her parents who were engrossed in their careers and each other... Then she was dumped at the alter... Now severe abandonment issues... Tanner was trapped into a pregnancy and marriage at 17 and gave up college for the Navy and became a Seal... Now all back in their home town for various reason you will learn about when you read the book and they are confronted by a desire to be together but previous hurts and disappointments loom large... Super good book I did not want to put down... Read and enjoy...

I love anything by Jill Shalvis, but Callie and Tanner's story was simply charming. Callie was the smart, nerdy girl in high school who had a big crush on football star, Tanner. All the football players were into Callie - as the person who helped them with their homework - except Tanner, who didn't even know she existed. She moves back to her hometown when her parents, who are so wrapped up in each other that they ignored her when she was a child, become concerned that her grandmother (Lucille, for those of you who are fans of the series) is going senile. Callie is a wedding planner who doesn't believe in love. Tanner is an ex-Navy SEAL who was wounded and now has custody of his 15-year-old son. Callie and Tanner meet in the local coffee shop and sparks fly. I loved all the main characters and even liked Tanner's ex-wife. Tanner is the perfect alpha hero and Callie is cute and funny, even with her insecurities. I especially liked Tanner's son, Troy, and I usually don't care for the "kids complication" in romance novels.
