This is the best book on WPF

This is by far the most outstanding book to learn WPF. MacDonald is clear, consise and will lead you to a good understanding of WPF. His examples are crisp and uncluttered. I use his book as a desk reference every day. It's also available in a C# version, but if you beginning to learn WPF this may be a bad time to take on C# as well.
