    Excellent Book for Troubled Times in Real Estate

    Gary Keller has put together another great book that outlines how to make the "Shift" from a good market to bad and still make a great living selling real estate.

    Some of the secitons include:

    How to survive the real estate market's death spiral in 12 Tactics

    For Realtors that plan to survive the current death spiral of the housing market your game plan has been delivered to you! Before you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars listening to the next speaker coming to town, you need to buy this book and lock yourself away for a couple of days to read, digest and implement the great ideas in this book. No shock here, Keller, Jenks and Papasan have done it again. They have written a book that gives you usable steps to make your real estate business thrive even in a down market and it's based on what real people are doing.
