Overview

From the USA Today bestselling Red Stone Security series…

As an heiress from a prominent family, Mina knows the pain of living under a microscope. Which is why she loves her sleepy Key West home where nobody knows her name. She’s determined to make her way without being coddled—and no mugging is going to change that.

Former Marine and newest Red Stone Security employee Alexander Blue has seen enough bloodshed to last a lifetime—or ten. He’s ready for civilian life, but when he sees a mysterious brunette attacked by a mugger, his need to protect kicks into overdrive. Mina, the sensual artist he saved, brings him home and bandages him up, but her gaze cuts clear to his soul. An intense connection isn’t all Blue feels—there was something strange about that mugging; he’s convinced Mina is in danger and needs his protection. Just one problem: Mina doesn’t want saving.

    Short but good

    ## I own all the Red Stone books and love them. Most I've read several times which to me is a sign of a good book. Some were full length and some just a tad short. This one falls in the tad short catagory (apprx 110 pages). Don't get me wrong, it's very enjoyable. I just wish the hero and heroine had more time together. They had a strong connection and I love that they were so honest with each other. Can't wait for the next one. Would love a story about Chris.

~For the first time in her life she knew without a doubt that a man wanted her simply for her. And not just any man. But Alex~

Sinful Seduction is the eighth book in the Red Stone Security series.

In this book we get to meet Alexander Blue, an alpha male, who works for Red stone Security. Alexander needs some time off.
After his last assignment, he decides to lay low and head into town. He's tired of one night stands but he isn't really looking for
    a long term relationship.

Meet Mina Hollingsworth. Despite being the only child of a very wealthy man, the only thing Mina wants is to live her life. But the
only way to make that possible, is to change her identity. And so she does. Mina changes her name and moves to Miami, living the
life she always wanted and selling her paintings.

Mina thinks that she's perfectly safe. Living the life she has always wanted until she gets mugged. After Alex helps her, a bond is
forged between them. When it becomes clear that her mugging wasn’t random, Alex will do anything to protect her...

I love, love anything written by Katie Reus. As always the book was hot, filled with action, suspense and an alpha hero. Alexander and
Mina were such an incredible couple. The chemistry and electricity netween them was explosive!

The only thing that I actually didn't like was the length of the book. This is something that keeps bothering me but I love her
books soooo much that I overlook it!

    Definitely recommended!

I read the first seven books of this series what feels like ages ago, but this was one of those series, that I actually still remember after some time, and was delightfully surprised when I found new book had come out.
Sinful Seduction is not really that at all. I thought the attraction and chemistry between Alex and Mina, even though hot and steamy, was also adorable. With the insecurity they both felt with their feelings for each other, intensity of those feelings is tight. Alex's protectiveness towards Mina, how he takes care of her in the life threatening situation, and supports Mina in the events of the story is swoon worthy. Like it was said in the story 'true All-American Hero'.
The action and mystery is sharp and vivid, with enough twists in the plot, that keeps the reader on the edge, guessing.
It was a quick read, but enjoyable, with great intensity level of suspense and sweet romance, just how I like it ~ four spoons!!!

Not a bad story, I've always loved how Katie Reus describes a fight scene, they're so real. But to be honest if you've read one Katie Reus story, you've read them all, other then a change of names for the characters and a change of venue the story's are pretty much alike, there's usually very little back ground.

The eighth book in the Redstone Security series is a thrilling romance that keeps the readers on their toes.  I really enjoyed this quick, sensual, intriguing and sweet romance from beginning to end. Katie Reus always packs a lot of story in her novellas and following the captivating characters in the series ensures that I always want to know more. I do wish this one had been a little longer, though, but I can’t wait for the next one as Redstone Security expands even more.

4.25 stars:  SINFUL SEDUCTION is the eighth storyline in Katie R

4.25 stars:  SINFUL SEDUCTION is the eighth storyline in Katie Reus’s contemporary, romantic Red Stone Security suspense series focusing on the men and women who work for Red Stone Security. This is former marine Alexander Blue and artist Mina Holligsworth’s story which begins with a chance encounter on the streets of Key West. Thwarting an attempted abduction, Alexander will be pulled into the upheaval that is Mina’s life-one she has kept secret for her own safety.
The focus of the storyline is on the search for the people responsible for the attempted abduction of Mina Hollingsworth. Mina’s family history is one right out of the society and financial pages of big business and Mina has become the target of people hoping to get rich-quick. When her security team does not respond, Mina is quick to discover that Alexander and The Red Stone Security Team have placed themselves in danger to protect her life. As the search for the threat continues she will get news that will devastate her life-once again.
The relationship between Mina and Alexander is quick to build-from a street rescue to a declaration of love a matter of one week will pass but not before our couple will discover what it is that each wants in life-to be loved and to fall in love-in this, Mina and Alexander will find their happily ever after. Mina is an independent woman whose success does not depend on finding her other half but when she does, she knows that Alexander is the man for her. The sexual tension is high as Alexander tries not to cross the line but Mina is a woman who knows what she wants-and she wants Alexander.
The world building continues with the inclusion of some of the previous Red Stone Security story characters and the potential for a new employee and storyline. SINFUL SEDUCTION is a story with suspense and mystery; tense moments on the run; and the sinful seduction of two people who meet under less than perfect circumstances. There is loss and heartbreak for a woman whose personal life has been turned upside down but in the end, she will come out ahead with a new direction and someone with whom to share it with.

    I LOVE this series!!!!

This book follows Blue and Mina has they fall in love and try to escaped danger that Mina stumbles upon. The chemistry between these was phenomenal and I quickly fell in love with Blue myself! Ms. Reus does a great job of balancing falling in love with fighting for their lives and the action-packed storyline makes this seem like such a fast read!

In Sinful Seduction, we have Alexander Blue who is taking some time off since his last mission. Being a guy who isn't use to time off and not knowing what to do with himself, he quickly takes the role of protector once he saves Mina from a dangerous mugging. Mina is trying to make it on her own without her father's help and is fiercely independent!

This is the 8th book in the series and while it can be read as a stand-alone, I strongly suggest reading all of these great books!

*I did get a copy from the author, but I had also bought Sinful Seconds Anthology which contains Sinful Seduction.

Katie balances romance and suspense perfectly with this book.  I can not get enough of this steamy series.  Each book focuses on a new couple so you don't have to read them in order, but if you're like me you won't be able to stop at just one.

Katie Reus really knows how to write a pocket full of goodness. A security specialist who is a former NFL player? Affirmative. Could you entice me any more with that character? Both Alexander and Mina are likable characters with great chemistry. Katie Reus knows how to raise the temperature. Sinful Seduction is a satisfying little romantic suspense. This is a fast read and a lot is packed into the 178 pages. Even if you are new to the Red Stone series, you will enjoy this newest addition...but why deny yourself? Go start at the very beginning. It is a very good place to start!

    3.5 Stars

I really enjoyed the story but what bugs me about short books is that the happily ever after is often rushed making it unbelievable. I felt that way in this book. I liked the characters but saying “I love you” mere days after meeting, I couldn’t relate. The plot was action-filled and the intimate scenes were steamy but I felt the “L” bomb was too soon.

Another great story in the Red Stone Security Series. I've loved each one, and they just keep getting better and better.
Mina, grown up with money and no privacy, a disappointment to her father for her choice of career. She longs for a life of anonymity, where she can relax and paint, without any disapproving family around. Out of the spotlight, she can do what she likes, and life a semi normal life. She has had that for the past year until walking home on night she is accosted and rescued by a stranger.
Alex (Blue), can't ignore seeing any one hurt or attacked, coming across Mina being attacked he does what comes naturally to him, he fights to protect her. Once she is safe, his need to protect her isn't gone, and neither is the sparks he feels when she touches him to check his wounds.
Thrown together in a dangerous situation, they get close very fast. Can Alex protect Mina while his feelings for her grow stronger and the electricity between them gets stronger? Can Mina trust Alex with her life, with her heart?
This story was fast and exciting, thrilling and HOT, just like all the books in the series. I can not wait to read the next.

~ I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review, and honestly every book I have read of Katies has me loving her more and more.

    Rating 3 1/2 Stars
Yesterday, I finished Sinful Seduction by Katie Reus. This is the eighth book in the Red Stone Security series. I enjoyed this series for a couple of reason: 1) They are fairly quick reads 2) You don't have to go in order. Yep each book can be read as a stand alone, which is awesome cause I have started somewhat in the middle.

In Sinful Seduction, we have Alexander Blue. After the last assignment, he was asked to take some time off. Being a guy who isn't use to time off and not knowing what to do with himself. Fortunately, he found a damsel who was in distress, Mina. However, this particular damsel doesn't want help after all she wants to be able to stand on her own two feet. Which I like, because she could so easily go back her pampered lifestyle.

All right, I thought I had Sinful Seduction figured out when I was halfway through. I must say I was wrong. Of course Katie threw in a few plot twist. I'm seriously thought it was someone Mina new. Anyway, like previous Red Stone books we have the hero/heroine lull into a comfort zone when the bad guys popup. Overall, I like Alex and his overprotective nature. I love that he tries to stay focus on the task at hand even though he's tempted by Mina. A few hot little scenes, but nothing over the top and some action towards the end. So, if you are looking for a quick read, you can consider Sinful Seduction.

I did get a copy from the author, but I had also bought Sinful Seconds Anthology when it was on sale, which contained Sinful Seduction.

Mina and Blue were amazing together. This story is so full of action, it just flies by. I found myself totally hooked and loved getting to see some of the past characters from previous Red Stone Security, but this is definitely quite capable of being a stand-alone.

I really enjoyed the interesting twists on wjo the bad guys are. I definitely recommend this one because Blue and Mina are perfect for each other and this one represents the superior grasp Ms. Reus has on the Romantic Suspense genre with a healthy dose of spice.

Katie Reus has done it again. She has written a compelling story filled with romance, drama and danger. Red Stone Security is back on the job. Alexander Blue helps a woman being attacked. Now he's determined to protect Mina from those men who tried to kidnap her. The connection between these two is immediate and very sensual. Blue is a loner but now he's found the woman who completes him and he won't let her go. These characters touched me with their emotional connection. Sinful Seduction is an action packed adventure filled with surprising twists and familiar faces. I couldn't put this book down. I had to know who was behind this crime!

You can never go wrong with Red Stone Security. I must say I've become a fan of this series and this installment is almost as good as the 1st. (I always have an affinity for the 1st book in any series) The action starts probably on page 2 LOL, which I love, and doesn't let up. Even when there's a little downtime, the author makes sure you understand that these characters are in peril. Great suspense, action and of course romance. I think my favorite scene was the back seat of the car. Now you HAVE to read it!
