    Suspend Disbelief and Give It a Try

    Imagine you have a sore back and walk into a doctor's office for treatment. The doctor examines you and then says, "Hm...perhaps this is caused by a trapped emotion or perhaps even an emotion trapped in a parent or someone else in your direct family line going back many generations. Hold your arm out to your side. Let's do some muscle testing to see. If we do find a trapped emotion, I'm going to run a magnet down your back three times to release it. Oh, and by the way, you can do this at home with family and friends, even people who are thousands of miles away."

    Would you find yourself running for the door to escape this obviously delusional guy who claims to be a doctor? If so you would be missing out on a treatment that very likely would relieve your back pain and perhaps result in other benefits as well.

    Very interesting and informative book

    I thought that this book would be somewhat New Age, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was very medically based and supported by facts. The author did a great job explaining how the body's electromagnetic field works.

    The case studies really solidified his research too. These stories were an amazing example of how people with debilitating diseases and conditions can be helped by dealing with trapped emotions from their past.

    The book was well organized and gave me a great deal of information about how I can use this to help my friends and family. I especially liked the chart that walks you through the questions to ask and what to do with each one.

    This is a must read for anyone who is into alternative medicine or has a condition that no doctor has been able to help.

    A new age of inner peace has begun

    I met Dr. Bradley Nelson at one of his seminars and learned so much about the body. I checked out the book from the local library and tried it on some of my friends, it was amazing. Things that they believed was due to a medical condition turned out to be nothing more then a trapped emotion. I believe that The Emotion Code is the dawning of a new age of people finding inner peace and dealing better with their past then with modern Physcology.
