PAT WILLIAMS  - Few people know leadership better than Orlando Magic co-founder Pat Williams. A sports executive for over 40 years, Williams has led more teams than most of his  contemporaries combined. The former General Manager of the Orlando Magic, Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks, and Chicago Bulls, Williams is the prolific author of over 10 books on leadership, most recently Lincoln Speaks to Leaders. Williams is a highly-acclaimed professional speaker, having keynoted for dozens of Fortune 500 organizations and has appeared on hundreds of news programs including The Today Show. Williams and his wife Ruth reside in Orlando and are parents to 19 children (15 adopted from third world countries).

Pat Williams, one of the country's top motivational and inspirational speakers, is Senior Vice President of the Orlando Magic and has more than 39 years of professional sports experience. Before joining the Central Florida pro basketball effort in 1986, Williams spent 12 seasons as General Manager of the Philadelphia 76ers, taking them from a 34-48 record in 1974-75 to a World Championship title in 1983. Pat has written 19 books, including his version of the birth of the Orlando Magic, entitled Making Magic, and his autobiography, Ahead of the Game and A Lifetime of Success.
