    Totally captivating

With this book I think that Dee Henderson has written one of her best books. Of all the books i've read her's this one is far and away the best one yet.

This book kept me want more and I could hardly put the book down once I started reading. How she kept the focus on the subject matter and yet between the lines totally had me baffled at the end.

She shows an unique way on how people in their times of mistrust and discontent about Jesus, thinking that He doesn't live or was raised from the dead. She takes her characters throught their own life experiences to show them and let them decide that He does Live and He will never forsake you.

Again, I think this her best book yet and I would reccomend this book to all.

I think it says.Seek the one, for He is the Truth, the Way to everlasting life!

    A reviewer

Although I identified more with Kate, I thought Lisa and Quinn made the most intriguing couple in the O'Malley series. Lisa, as a forensic pathologist, has truly seen it all and I understand the need for her many, and some strange, pets. Dee Henderson has really scored with this story.

    Action Without the Curse Words

My newest favorite author (along with Francine Rivers) delivers suspense and action without being vulgar. Now That's Talent!

Possibly the best in the series

I read this book hours after I finished The Guardian. It's wonderful! As much as I loved the other books, this one I think I can identify with better. I have yet to read the negotiator and the healer, so reall, this is the only book I have read with the female as the focus. In all of Dee Henderson's books(the O'Malley series...thats all I've read) keep me captivated. Theyre wonderful for car trips. I read the guardian on the way to and on the beach in south padre island, tx. I read the Truth Seeker on the way home.(its about a 9 hour drive..and i even took a couple 2 hour naps)The suspense makes it hard to put down, the romance is intriguing(sorry if I mispelled that) and it all is centered around God. I must say, I wouldnt mind marrying or even dating a man like Quinn(or Marcus). I'm only 17, and I think those standards might save me from a lot of future heartache...hopefully. ;)

    Good Book !

The first book I have read by this auther, and I intend to read more. Truth Seeker was one of the best christian contemporary books that I have ever read. The book was full of romance, but it also had a fast paced mystery/adventure quallity to it also. The book is not too deep, which is great for lazy summer days.

    What a series!

I have read all the books in the O'Malley series and can't wait to read more. This book was heartwarming and the problems are those that all can relate too. I believe the questions of faith raised are logical and common and bravo to Miss Henderson for portraying them in such real characters.

    Dee Henderson delivers!

Lisa O'Malley was a forensic psychologist in Chicago. She knew all about death and each stage the bodies go through. She had seen just about everything and had the nightmares to prove it. Her past gave her the ability to examine mountains of evidence and see hidden connections between victims and their killers. She was very good at her job because she was tenacious!

U.S. Marshal Quinn Diamond had been searching for Amy Ireland for over twenty years. The case was personal, possibly linked to the death of his father. He linked Amy with a friend in Chicago who had been murdered. Lisa O'Malley had handled the crime scene, so Quinn went to Lisa for help. However, by doing so, he put Lisa's life at risk!

Quinn had been friends with the entire O'Malley clan for years. Lisa was the one who touched a cord deep within him though. Unlike him, Lisa did not believe in the Resurrection. Her past had made it virtually impossible for her to do so. Even her siblings, Kate and Marcus, thought she had good reasons. But that would not stop them from trying to help her understand.

***** I love Inspirational books written by Dee Henderson. Why? Glad you asked! Dee does not try to shove the bible at her readers. Even if the readers are not religious, they will still enjoy the book since it is mostly Romantic Suspense! I especially recommend this book for fans of the TV show CSI, Crime Scene Investigators. When it comes to romance, thrilling plots, and fascinating characters, Dee Henderson delivers! *****

    more from this reviewer

    exciting romantic suspense

Multnomah, Jun 2001, $11.99, 350 pp. ISBN: 1576737535 Seven children first met at a Chicago¿s orphanage. They shared in common being unloved, abused, and unwanted. However, they forge a family so that when they became older enough to leave the orphanage, they moved into a house together. They are legally bound to each other through their surname, but accept they are related through love and not blood. Three of the O¿Malley crew has found God and pray the other four will follow.

Lisa O¿Malley is a forensic pathologist. Her everyday work life leads her to conclude that the Resurrection never occurred. US Marshal Quinn Diamond believes in God and his love for Lisa, but needs her to have faith in both the Deity and their love. Two tragedies and several frightening incidents later, Lisa is able to listen to heart and soul instead of the logical beat of her brain.

Without preaching to the choir, Dee Henderson provides an exciting romantic suspense novel that returns characters from the first two novels in this endearing series (see THE NEGOTIATOR and THE GUARDIAN). Sub-genre fans will relish the non-stop action and the growing love between the warm lead characters while the Christian reader also will find Ms. Henderson helps reaffirm their beliefs. THE TRUTH SEEKER has cross genre appeal that will lead the audience to seek other tales penned by Ms. Henderson.
