A fantastic read!!!

The suspense was so exciting I almost peed my pants because I didn't want to stop reading long enough to go to the bathroom. Lol. Angel is the type of guy you hate to love and you love to hate. He's gorgeous, sexy as hell and tough as nails but because of his father he has an evil side. Sky on the other hand is beautiful, caring and has a heart so strong she would give her life for someone she loves. Put these two together and when it's good it's freakin amazing. And when wasn't good I was cring so hard I couldn't see. At times it got so intense, if I was a nail biter mine would be down to the cutical. Lol. And I absolutely loved it. When they finally started to find some peace I cried again but it was a melt your heart cry. Lol. Needless to say I spent a lot of time biting my nails and crying while reading this book. Lol. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Read it in less than a day!!! Okay where to start? First off this a very dark & twisted read. This book will not be for everyone. I loved every dark, tortured, demented word, sentence, phrase. Sky has 21 days to reveal a secret that she must protect at all costs. Angel has been tasked by his father to extract the secret from her at any means necessary. He is both sin and virtue. A Monster and a saint. Someone who strangles my heart in order to claim it for himself Although this book is highly disturbing you can't help but get drawn into the story & the characters. Sky I immediately fell in love with. She was a strong, feisty girl willing to withstand any form of torture to keep her secret safe. Angel you will love to hate & then just love. He has been trained in the ways of torture & killing by his boss who so happens to be his father. He always gets the job done, but will he be able to finish this job? Will Sky and Angel come out of this alive & will the secret ever be revealed? Well you gotta go get it & read it to find out!!!!!

Let me start by saying that the story is only about 189 pages. This story started out with a BANG and ended in a BANG!!! I could not put it down. I felt so sorry for girl but she gets the last word in. Its worth the read.

OMG!!! I don't even know what to say but I Loved It!!!! Clarissa grabbed my attention from the start and didn't let go. I could not put this down, was afraid I'd miss something. I know when I finish reading a book, most times I'm doting on the bad boy/hero. I loved Angel but Sky was wooow .... just rocked! I admired just her strength alone. She knew what was coming and rolled with it. She may be one of my favorite heroines I've read about so far and I don't have many favorites. Sky fought all the way to the end.

WOW!! This book was dark!! A lot darker than I'm used to reading but it kept me entranced & wanted more! I couldn't stop, even though some parts I wanted to cover my eyes & ears like I was watching a horror movie! The poor Sky...sigh! She had to endure so much pain & suffering! This book is loaded with painful twists throughout! I was shocked & surprised by the turn of events! Although painful & hard to read at times, I found Angel caring & loving most of the time! His dad, not so much!! Ugghh!! The end was great! I loved how it ended & didn't see it coming! Great job & I want to read more!

I have always thought Mr X was her best book but I'm thinking I now have a tie. The flow of this story is perfect. Clarissa takes you on a story of survival and love. She shows the length some people will go for what they believe. I didn't completely see the ending coming but I definitely wasn't surprised either. Once again she weaved in other characters from her books. I think this would make a great movie and I highly recommend it.
