So this review is really going to test my unbiased opinion. Was

So this review is really going to test my unbiased opinion. Was this book amazing? Yes! Was it the same incredible story from Sterling? Yes! Am I absolutely beside myself and ecstatic to start book three. HECK YEAH!!! Did the story play out just like I wanted? NO:( I am going to jump right out there on that limb and tell you my opinion then we will get the facts, and how great this author and her books really are. I am a Justus lover! There it is my big secret, and my major disappointment for book two. I was constantly struggling with myself, because Dannika is such an incredible author that she will make you fall in love with anyone. So when I am faced with my deep seeded love for Justus, and she offers me Logan this makes my heart hurt.

Throughout this second book Silver is not your unfortunate bystander, and it seems she is beginning to spread her wings. Although, those wings seem to be getting her in a heap of trouble; all the same they are spreading. I like seeing her fall into the lifestyle more completely in this book. We are no longer fighting fate, but rather embracing it. There are a abundance of new characters and past acquanitances that we begin to learn more deeply, and I am loving how it is shaping our journey.

As for the many unresolved relationships that we encountered in book one. Finally, it appears that we are going to lay the Adam scenario to rest, and I think it was perfect timing. I hope this allows us to see their relationship grow with out the under lying conditions. As for Simon, I still don't know what to think about him. It is obvious that he loves her, but I also think it is not the love that is going to bring romance. Lastly, we are faced with Justus. This is another big I DON'T KNOW, but with alot more aggrevation and frustration. There is something hidden for him behind the cool exterior, and I can wait for the book that allows us to delve right into his hidden personality.

This is the mark of a great author. One that can create an incredible story along with an intensity that will leave readers craving more. Silver's story is a complex one that continues to grow and shape. As the plot has thickened so has the masterminds plan that landed Silver in this world of mystery. This book was incredible it hs the same action packed friction that I loved in book one, and the heart stopping suspense keeps me on the edge of my skeat. I love Dannika Dark's writing and tone. She is just the right mixture of action and romance!! These kinds of reads make the absolute best books, and I just can't seem to get enough. She is an incredible addition to wonderful authors, and a new BookWhisperer Favorite. I can not wait to see what is to come!

"Twist" is the second installment in the "Mageri

"Twist" is the second installment in the "Mageri Series". Silver continues her learnings of the Mageri world and the Breed worlds. She has also continued with her self-defense training and getting to know her Ghuardian, Justus and exactly how the Learner-Ghuardian relationship.

Speaking of Justus, he is still extremely protective of Silver and continues to be closed off regarding himself and his emotions. His friend Simon is still, well Simon! And THANK GOODNESS!! Simon provides humor and sexual innuendos! He's so good at both and brings a bit of that lightness that is needed during the serious moments. He also acts as a buffer between Justus and Silver.

In "Twist", we gain a new character and additional insight to the different breeds (i.e. Vampires, Chitah, Shifters, etc.). Speaking of new characters, one is Logan Cross. Tall, Strong, Sexy as hell and a Chitah! He is YUMMY!! And my favorite in the series! Talk about twists and turns!
It's been a bit difficult to write a review for this series without it revealing too much. So here's what you need to know, the series is awesome and keeps getting better. Dannika leaves readers craving more while quenching their need for a fantastic read. new characters are introduced (not just Logan) and we get additional insight on some of our favorites (and not so favorite ones).

    Seriously

Seriously. Someone gave it one star because silver didn't hook up with adam. How lame can you be? This author, this book, this series is so good that I will read each and every one several times.
Yes I was hoping once Adam became a mage that the two of them would get together. But Logan fits her better as a possible mate.

    Disappointed.

Wish I did not read the second book. I definitely will not be reading the third book. I was looking forward to reading about a relationship between Silver and Adam. Now I know that will not be I will search for another series.
