    Not the Rex Stout I thought it might be

    I was suspicious when I got the book, and my thoughts were confirmed. Even though this writer's name is like that of the Stout of Nero Wolfe invention, the prose is not.

    Interesting but definitely written a different Rex Stout than he of Nero Wolf fame

    This story is somewhat amusing. The characters are not very believable but it is easy reading. The por femme fatale of the story spent most of her existance in a faint or in need of rescuing. This is most appropriare for young readers
