Funny and well told. It's a kid book (pre-teen to young adult). However, I think I prefer his adult mysteries to the kid stuff; but then, I'm and old lady. I would bet that most kids would find this amusing and fun to read.

... in the library. I am a fan of Crider's work, especially his mysteries, but I never knew about this until recently. It's a funny tale about a quirky vampire. I loved it!
