    Highly Recommended - do yourself a favor and read it!

    This is a well-researched book. The information clarified questions I have had for years concerning the bottom culprits for my family's and my own obesity problems and the accompanying blood glucose issues. The authors put forth a great deal of time and effort to do their own research on an interesting subject and to bring together the results of many other's research findings and share them in the book. I now am an even better label reader and more careful about where I choose to eat when I eat out. It is definitely a beneficial book to add to one's arsenal of knowing how to eat and live more healthily.
