Stephen R. Lawhead

Stephen R. Lawhead is an internationally acclaimed author of mythic history & imaginative fiction. After a brief and unsuccessful foray into the music business, he launched his freelance career in 1981. His first novel, In the Hall of the Dragon King, followed soon after. Later, he & his family moved to Oxford as he began research for what would become The Pendragon Cycle of books. In addition to his many popular novels—like Byzantium and Dream Thief—he has also written nine children's books.
