Rita Malsch, O.C.D.S., was called to be a missionary. When circumstances prevented that dream Malsch followed her dream in other ways, by joining the Secular Carmelite Order, for example, and by writing this book, Secure in God: Collected Poems. In it, Malsch expresses her Christian and moral life through poems and artwork, hoping to inspire others who want to live a more spiritual and fulfilled life in peace and joy with the Lord.
