Gifts of the Holy Spirit

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are not given to make believers impressive; they are given so that the life, compassion, wisdom, and power of Jesus Christ can be made visible through His people. In every generation, the Church faces needs that exceed human ability.

People need wisdom in complicated situations, courage when circumstances appear impossible, comfort in suffering, discernment in confusion, healing in brokenness, and the clear proclamation of the gospel.
