Correction: The Harriet Lane Handbook, 21st Edition

We have been advised by the publisher that The Harriet Lane Handbook, 21e (ISBN 978032339955) contains a potentially harmful dosage error. The dosage error has been corrected in the e-book and all other digital versions of the content, but can still be found in the print version.
