BAC/PM&RS OT PHONE - many of the coins within these pages are coins rejected by PCGS, NGC, AMG and others because the coins didn't meet their lists, not odd enough, error not great enough, so one and so on. I personally sent one of the first 2023 VDBV pennies to a major coin grader who sent it back saying it wasn't a known error. It didn't meet their requirements, and I should just spend it. two months later, boom!!!! the 2023 VDBV exploded. I resent my coin back to the grader to change it label, naturally they wanted me to pay again. I refused, stating it had been their error. The relabeled the coin MS67 2023 VDBV. Therefore worth a bit of money. If I had taken the great advice of this grader, I would have lost at least $1,000. So before you toss in your odd coin, say it, it is in fact and error of some kind and one day may be worth a $1,000. Who knows, take a look at the three legged buffalo nickel the graders refused for so long, or the Superman quarter with the "S" in its chest. All errors the "experts" dismissed the month, years later, and guess what, that same coin was graded by the same graders who'd rejected it. Just know that for the graders, its all about control and money, it is a business to them and they charge for every little thing, its their business, it is your collection, hold on to and document document, photograph and record all information of your coins to support your providence.
