I just purchased this issue and it was indeed vol 29, #4.

The content was wrong just as whatever2k describes. After calling the 1800THEBOOK and explaining my situation they issued a refund for me. Guess I will pick up the paper version this time around.

This is NOT Volume 29, Number 4 as the cover suggests. My intent, after many years of subscribing to 2600 was to obtain a digital copy on the device I'm already packing around rather than carrying more treeware. I appear to have bought "2600, The Hacker Digest" rather than V29 #4. It's a nook book, there's no return option, so you're just out the $6. Of course, now I can read 2600, The Hacker Digest ... which I intended to do anyway, just not right now.
