I was fortunate enough to receive an advance copy of this book. It is very well written, easy to understand and follow. The author's personal story, as well as her humorous writing style, keep the reader interested. The structure of the 7 money rules helps to keep the thoughts organized and it encouraged me to spend wisely and save carefully. The book is valuable to readers of all ages. Try it!

I received an advanced copy of this book from Mary. I read it in two sittings, and am very glad I did. She gave me some great ideas of how to revamp our family budget to make us much more comfortable with our financials plans and how to realistically achieve them. We're now well on our way to having a few months reserve cash stowed away. It's hard to describe how much less you stress over financial situations when you have a savings safety net like that that Mary guides you through building up. Thank you Mary!

I bought this for my granddaughter in the hope she would not make the financial mistakes my husband and I made in the early years of marriage, poor choices that dogged us for years. The book is clearly written and covers a variety of essential topics. Unfortunately these topics aren't widely covered in the high school math curriculum. Just having a knowledge of algebra and geometry doesn't prepare a young person with the skills needed to master personal finances and some are very complex. Until good courses in personal finance are in place, this book is a good starting place, especially for a young person.

This easy-to-follow guide clearly explains how to intelligently manage money, from giving some away to creating a budget. Mary Hunt obviously knows what she's talking about. She includes her personal experiences as a guide and inspiration for those in debt. As a thirteen-year-old, I now feel much better prepared for future money management.

INVEST in your financial future with Mary¿s 7 Money Rules for Life!!! Mary has the most compassionate, yet no-nonsense/non-sugar-coated way of writing that you feel like you¿re sitting with your BFF who is sharing her lived the debt experiences and bounced back realistically conversation. Mary has you understand it¿s safe to "buy only what you need and to want what you have.¿ This thought process really helps. Also, Mary also reminds you that your attitude helps for your response. You are given 7 Money Rules that give you 7 Easy Tools to apply (they are practical, up to date and will be seamlessly to apply) in order to help you break the debt chains. I know by creating and executing my plan, my debt-free date is down the road; Mary would love to see the same for you. Included in this book, there are diagrams: a great Pocket Quiz Flowchart to give you that push to deter negative and needless spending, how to set up a budget (sensibly), how to save for irregular expenses and put the money aside, and one of the best ¿ the Rapid Debt-Repayment Plan (RDRP) which makes it so much easier to see when you¿ll become debt free! There are a plethora of authors/plans out there that share more drastic ways to manage your money - - I wouldn¿t waste my time. Mary¿s to the point instructions, motivational thought processes and Christian approach are easily adaptable. Mary even helps you find out how to keep track of your credit and FICO scores and explains what they are. This book is for everybody (employed, self-employed, unemployed and retired). Invest in this book; create a better future for yourself. Well done and thank you, Mary!!
