The Deadly Collector

A dead body pulled from the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta normally doesn't attract a lot of attention, but when those bodies are missing large muscle groups, people become extremely alarmed. A deranged killer is collecting select body parts from his victims and tossing away the carcasses. This bizarre modus operandi has the Atlanta Homicide Unit referring to the killer as "The Collector."
