A New Way to Love Your Neighbor: Be Curious, Free, and Brave-How to Transform your Relationship with God and Others
Do you consider yourself to be a loving person? Do you ever wonder how to show a more loving version of yourself toward your family, friends, co-workers, and even strangers? It may sound simple, but loving others well is layered and comes with many challenges. It’s more than emotion or affection. It’s more than having things in common. Love is a divinely empowered choice to act in a favorable way toward another.

Christians know they’re supposed to love God and their neighbors, but why is this so hard to do consistently, and what does this look like in everyday life? How does this kind of love show up? First, it has to be understood from God’s perspective, not our culture’s. Then we have to act on what we know to be true regardless of how we feel about it.
This book isn’t about making friends, acts of kindness, romance, or marital love. It’s about redefining love from God’s perspective and discovering its divine power.
In her much-anticipated debut book, Bible teacher Jada Edwards invites you on a journey to transform your relationship with God and people (even before you like them). We often underestimate God’s idea of love, but with the right definition and intentional action, everything can change—in any relationship. In this book, you’ll discover:
  • Four limits holding you back from fully experiencing God’s love
  • How to shift from earthly definitions of love to the divine definition
  • How to be curious, free, brave, resilient, and real in all your relationships
