An afternoon at the races turns into disaster for Thomas Jennings as an attempt is made on the Prime Minister's life. While the press blame Al-Qaeda, Jennings isn't so sure and finds himself drawn into a complex web of lies as he takes up his new position at No.10 Downing Street.
