Under the Willow Tree

It began without my knowing it, so it seemed, at first. A spell, I thought A spell! The strange, beautiful, mystical woman had cast a spell on me! What else could it have been? Why else would I follow her? Why would anyone in their right mind follow a complete stranger? And, were it not a spell, why was I unable to control my senses? My mind? My thoughts, and even my body must have been under her spell. At least that's what I was thinking at the time, at first. Of course I was wrong. Wrong!...
