Buckle Up, Buttercup

I feel inspired to write what's in my heart and on my mind. Writing lets me express myself. We are our worst critics, and we need to treat ourselves like Jesus does--with patience and compassion.

My goal when writing this book was to make people feel good about themselves, to know they are loved and are not alone. Don't let negative thoughts cloud your thinking. Enjoy life. Live on the wild side every once in a while, and don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone.

You only have one life...
