About the Author

Sandra Rhoads retired from the Shawnee Mission School District after working 20 years as an educator. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born in Richmond, Virginia and currently lives in Liberty, Missouri with her husband. Some of her hobbies include making origami gift boxes, solving crossword and Sudoku puzzles, working in her garden, and bowling. Sandra is an accomplished actress and playwright in her church and community. She is passionate about teaching and encouraging children to develop a love for reading and learning.
