Purpose: The purpose of this handbook is to assist clinicians with the day-to-day management of stem cell and bone marrow transplant patients. It is a quick comprehensive reference guide to the clinical issues and problems common to these patients.
Audience: The content and format of this guidebook is well suited to its intended audience of advanced practice nurses, specialty nurses, physician's assistants, fellows, residents and medical students. The authors' combined 30-plus years of stem cell and bone marrow transplant experience and extensive literature review lends credence to this volume.
Features: The overall clear design and practical pocket size of this book make it an excellent resource for the busy bedside practitioner. It contains information for pediatric and adult clients.
