Adam by Chris Keniston

Welcome to Farraday Country, set in cattle-ranching west Texas, with all the friends, family and fun that fans have come to expect from USA TODAY Bestselling author Chris Keniston.

On a barren road in the pre-dawn hours, Adam Farraday, the oldest of seven siblings, happens upon a disabled sports car and an angel in white searching for a disappearing dog. What is it about this secretive redheaded beauty that intrigues him as no woman has before?

After learning her fiancé's true nature minutes before her wedding, Meg O'Brien drives as fast and as far away from her world as she can. Stranded with no money, and nowhere to go, the city girl must learn to fit in to small town life and all its quirky trappings. Too bad falling in love with her handsome rescuer is not an option.

I am a clean romance kind of girl. I love the Faraday family. I have now read from Adam to Ethan's stories. I would love for cousin Hannah to have her own story. I love the dog in all the stories! Thank you Chris Keniston. You have brought clean to contemporary without resorting to an Amish story. I love your writing. Anyways, my favorites so far have been Brooks, Declan, and Ethan's stories. Please continue to do clean writing of this type. I am waiting eagerly for Finn and Grace 's stories. I'm seriously interested in a clean story for cousin Hannah.

Clever way this story started. I really enjoyed this story without all the literal sex scenes so common in the books of today. Gread read.

I loved this book, 190 pages, love, romance & suspense, read it in one sitting. I hate dog fighting & was happy they got caught. No cliffhanger plus epilogue made iteven better. Getting ready to start another in this series. GJRA

In 135 pages this is a complete story. This is not a cliffhanger!!! I enjoyed the story of Meg, aka Margaret Colleen O'Brien. She was in la la land until her wedding day was shattered. The only thing to do was escape and she drove away in her Vera Wang wedding gown and her ex-fiance's expensive sports car... Margaret ran until she blew a tire avoiding a dog that darted in front of her. She was stranded in the midst of Nowhere when she met the oldest Farraday brother.... Adam, Brooks, Conner, DJ, Ethan, Finn are six brothers who oromised to NEVER date locally because the women were friends. The women were panting for one of the Farraday boys to look her way, to no avail. When Margaret AKA Meg comes to town, it was time to surrender... I enjoyed the storyline. It was fun and I enjoyed meeting the whole town. I highly recommend this book.

If you don't know small towns, you might find this book over the top. Some of the goings on had me laughing. I could see it happening. Good relaxing read.

Easy to read. Didn't need the profanity. At least, there's no hard-core sex.

I am rereading this series....for the third time. I enjoy each character's personality and how close the family is. I appreciate being allowed to use my imagination when the romantic moments occur rather than finding myself reading a much too graphic description, thus taking away from the story. I sure hope you come up with more in this series or similar writing in a new family series. Will we ever know Sister and Sissy's birth names? Or did I skip a sentence and miss it?

Good story line, realistic, interesting characters, clean romance, you didn’t waste words, or pages on describing in detail a sexual union, just a fast moving interesting lovable story.

A read that is hard to put down. Kind of hard to believe start to story, but predictable end with a couple of bumps along the way. Looking forward to getting next book in series.

I absolutely love this series. Adam and Meg are great and a huge part of every book. The dogs, the Ladies Society, the family, the amazing men. Throw in humor, drama, and all that love and you have a must read series! Have loved every single book and together they are even better!

I read Adam's story and didn't understand the significance of the dog. At the end of the story, I read the introduction to Brooks. I had to buy the book! Once I began his story and recognized the dog's part in the story, I couldn't wait to read about the rest of the siblings. Immediately, all seven books were added to my library. I look forward to spending time with all the Faraday's and seeing how the family grows.

Adam-- I got this book for free. I am fond of books in series and good clean stories. I fell in love with the Farraday family and bought the next 3 books and by the time I finished them I had to get the next 3 and now I find there are 2 more books about cousins. I am debating on them. They are short books with not a lot of fillers. and to me that is good.
